Our aim is to ensure that every bride receives an outstanding service on her big day. I strive to offer a professional service which exceeds the client’s expectations. However, it is important that all parties are clear about the service offered and the terms and conditions under which this is offered.
The terms and conditions of this agreement are lied out below:
The booking:
- Must include a bride
- Bookings consisting of only bride (no bridesmaids/other persons) may be subject to additional charges
- Bookings for services in major cities outside the capital must be discussed and confirmed over the phone.
- The booking is for one location. Additional charges if multiple locations apply.
- Any toll charge and/or parking fees are to be covered by client.
- A non refundable deposit worth 50% of of total is paid to reserve a booking
- Additional charges apply for travel to cities outside of London
- Bride makeup is a comprehensive service which takes around 2hrs
- Bridesmaid makeup is designed to complement the bride’s makeup e.g soft glam. This service takes around 45mins to complete
- Additional services, such as touch-up and stay, must be discussed in advance at a cost to be agreed.
- Balance must be paid in full no later than five working days before the date of the booking.
Cancellation and amendments
- Bookings can be cancelled 3 months in advance.
- Non refund of deposit for cancellations within 90 days of booking
- Amendment to venue/location must communicated and could result in the cancellation of the booking or an additional charge.
- Addition/removal of bridesmaid/other persons must be communicated at least 30 days before the date of the booking.
